Diploma-3 or Bachelor degree graduate in Engineering with maximum age of 30 years:

Procurement & Logistic Manager

• Management of overall supply; Purchasing & Reporting
• Overall management and supervision of logistic issues, including Export & Import Government related matters and personnel.
• Management of Iventory Control Systems.
• Establish and maintain Vendor Contracts and Agreements.
• Reporting of financial and administrative issue to management

SCR Electrician

• Have extensive onshore experience:
• Demonstrated electrical trouble shootinge experience without supervision.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance systems.
• Have power station experience (SCR) preferred.
• Refrigeration experience and skills.
• Demonstrate a high level of Health; Safety & Environmental knowledge and commitment.

Rig Mechanic

• Have extensive onshore rig experience.
• Competency in CAT Engines repair and maintenance (398; 399; 3512B and New generation CAT Engines).
• Good knowledge of Centrifugal pumps and pumps generally.
• Able to trouble shoot in difficult circumstances on unfamiliar equipment.
• Demonstrate a high level of Health, Safety & Environmental knowledge and commitment.

Safety Coordinator – Based in Jakarta

• Develop, implement and promote HS&E initiatives.
• Conduct training and coaching sessions for all levels of staff
• Implement and promote the company HS&E management system.
• Conduct accident investigations and produce written reports (in English).
• Conduct risk assessments and develop standard operating procedures.
• Conduct HS&E audits/inspections and produce written reports (in English).
• Compile monthly HS&E reports.

Previous experience in heavy industry (i.e. mining, construction, drilling), qualifications in HS&E and extensive experience is safety are essential. Drilling industry experience and relevant tertiary qualifications would he highly regarded.

Site Safety Officer – Based on drilling rigs – various locations

• Develop, implement and promote HS&E initiatives
• Conduct training and coaching sessions at site for crews
• Conduct accident investigations and produce written reports (in English).
• Conduct risk assessments and develop standard operating procedures.
• Conduct HS&E audits/inspections and produce written reports (in English).

Previous experience in heavy industry (i.e. mining, construction, drilling), qualifications in HS&E and experience in safety are essential. Drilling industry experience and relevant tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded.

Training & Career Development Coordinator- Based in Jakarta

• Develop and conduct training programs.
• Manage and administer training resources, records and reports.
• Coordinate and administer training programs (both internal and external)
• Maintain training data-base
• Act as HS&E Adviser on occasion.

Previous experience in heavy industry (i.e. mining, construction, drilling), qualifications in training and extensive experience in the development and conduct of training are essential. Drilling industry experience and relevant tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded.

Experience:

Applicants should have:
1. Minimum 5 years document control or related work experience preferable.
2. Able to operate computer (Microsoft Office) and familiar with document control software.
3. English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Role responsibilities:
1. Implement document control procedures.
2. Competently perform daily work using a standard document control programme.
3. Train others in the use of standard document control database software.
4. Successfully liaise with project, procurement and design staff on document control issues.
5. Supervision of document control centre.
6. Ensure the Engineering library is maintained to latest revisions.
