1. Account Payable Accountant

This position is responsible for:

Assisting Account Payable Supervisor to ensure all payment and receipt documents are verified and prepares the payment instruction. The incumbent will directing timely and accurate recording of all company liabilities including VAT and withholding taxes, in accordance with company policies and US GAAP and PSAK and also preparing monthly bank reconciliation statements and verify or disposition of reconciling items.


· Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance (S1)

· Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

· At least 2 years working experience in various Accounting functions preferably in a multinational company.

· Good knowledge of domestic financing and banking rules and regulations.

· Excellent communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)

· Ability to focus on detail with high speed and accuracy

· Good interpersonal skills and task oriented

· Ability to sustain long periods of pressure

2. Receptionist & Administration Support

This position is responsible for:

Maintaining the Reception area, and performing tasks and responsibilities related to the function such as handling of incoming / outgoing calls through switchboard, greeting/receiving visitors and distribution of mail/invoices. In addition, the incumbent will provide administrative assistance to HR Department in terms of maintaining records of employee attendance, meal allowance, medical benefit, annual leave administration and other administrative matters which assigned by HR from time to time.


· University degree preferably majoring in social studies / literature / administration or secretarial

· 1 - 3 years working experience as Receptionist / Secretary / Administration Support / Customer Service, preferably in multinational company

· Excellent communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)

· Pleasant personality, mature and able to remain composed under difficult situation

· Strong in customer service orientation and initiative to learn

· High drive for achievement and excellence

· Able to work in a team and have excellent computer skills
