- Academy graduate in Secretary or equivalent
- Mature, pleasant and confident personality
- Having experience in a recognized multinational service company and secretarial duties is preferred
- Excellent in English & Japanese language (Written and spoken)
- Literate with Computer and Internet [Microsoft Office]
- Dynamic personality and able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, a service oriented attitude
- Able to start work immediately
