Responsibilities :
Job opportunities manager secretary accountant security supervisor

Develop HR Management Function (Policy, Rules, Procedures).
Develop and Revise company policies and mutually work agreement.
Managing HR functions comprise of Recruitment, People & Organization Development, Training & Development, Performance Management, Industrial Relation, Compensation Benefit, Personnel Administration.
Set up HRIS program.
Strategic Partner to Top Management in HR function.
Develop and Conduct Change Management.
Manage all necessary Expatriate Associate Formalities.
Manage and Develop People Development Programs.
Manage, Revise & Improve Compensation Benefit Systems.
Improve two way communication between Management & Employees.
Requirements :
At least 5 – 7 years of working experience in HR with deep knowledge and expertise in People Development, Organizational Development and Performance Management.
Good communication and leadership skills.
