Office Manager (OMS)
Identify, coordinates, set-up and maintains all facility systems i.e. property, office equipment, communications system, fixed assets, company cars, etc.
Develops, establishes and monitors standardization of Head Office and Branch Office facilities
Direct areas responsible in setting-up new offices, and to ensure the availability of all necessary support for running the new office
Review business plan and prepare feasibility study to provide management with recommendation on new or renewed premises lease option
Establish occupational health & safety in workplace
Manage and monitor all outsourcing agreement and job functions, also maintain good relationship with related third parties
Directs, coordinates, controls related administrative functions, as well as becoming a supporting department for Head Office and Branch
Offices operations, to provide administrative support and service to other operating departments
Accounting Staff (ASF)

Requirements :
Female
Single, max. 30 years old
Graduated from reputable Academy / Univ. (DIII / S1)
Fluently in English both written & oral
Experience min. 2 years in the same field
Able to work independently
Having a good appearance
PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER (PR)
Requirements:
Support internal & external communications especially in media relationship management and community relations in order to build and maintain company’s image that support the mission, objectives and business goal of the company.

The ideal candidate should have :
Bachelor degree in Communications or other related disciplines with min 2 years relevant experience.
Good command of English.
Office Temporary / Part Timer (TMP)
Requirements :
M/fF Min 21 years old
Basic English
Operate Computer : Excel
Sales Promotion Girl (SPG)

Requirements

Strong communication Skills

Preferably with some sales experience

Experience in sales promotion and/or direct sales. Minimum senior high school graduate.

Attractive basic salary (minimum Rp.3.000.000 - Negotiable) plus commission.
