CUSTOMER SUPPORT
SOFTWARE DEPLOYMENT ENGINEER (Code: ELS-SDE)
- To be responsible for implementation of periodic and ad-hoc software updates in the customers' GSM/3G network with minimum disturbance to the network.
- To be responsible to maintain and improve the delivery process for software update.
- To maintain close relation with 2nd level support.

Ideal candidate should have knowledge in Ericsson hardware platform such as
AXE, Cello etc. Willing to work overtime and outside normal working hours,
possesses good knowledge in OSS and Unix environment.

SUPPORT ENGINEERS (Code: SE)
To be responsible in handling customer complaints and service requests from
Ericsson customers, provide pro-active support, participates in product/system
introduction and rollouts and maintain good relation with customers. The support
engineers will cover the support of 3G and GSM networks covering the access
network, core network, transport network and service layers.
Ideal candidate should have knowledge in Ericsson systems such as BSS, RAN,
SLSI solutions, willing to work outside normal office hours.
