Distribution Engineer/Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Ensure HSSE of depot operation from engineering perspective
• Maintenance job of all Shell’s equipment at depot
• Liaise with depot maintenance, maintenance contractors and cluster engineering team
• Support distribution Indonesia in analysis and management information.

Requirements:
• University graduate from a reputable university majoring in Electrical Engineering
• Master’s Degree an advantage

• Proven experience in Health Safety Security and Environment (HSSE) project implementation experience

Material Planner - Packaging & Third Party Production

Responsibilities:
• Plan for efficient packaging material supply and third party production
• Manage and monitor performance of packaging material suppliers
• Manage and monitor performance of third party toll filling/blending contractors
• Provide and monitor COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) for SKUs being repacked/produced in third party facilities and propose/lead initiatives to drive efficient cost

Requirements:

B2B Direct Field Based Account Manager (Metal Industry)

Responsibilities:
• Deal with key accounts and other direct B2B customers
• Plan customer calls and visits to provide appropriate level of service to existing and new customers with a focus on retaining/expanding existing business relationships
• Increase the value for existing Shell customers through cross, range and up selling
• Understand the activity, business and needs of customers, provide sound information and advice on products and services, and to sell and negotiate win-win solutions with customers
• Plan, monitor and achieve individual and team sales targets (e.g. revenue, margin, growth, and trade debtor target)
• Develop, update, maintain and communicate the account plan
• Review and plan customer business, products, service packages, contracts, prices, credit terms, credit limits and, debt
• Carry out negotiations with customers, prepare quotations and proposals and agree on all operational requirements (including price, contract, payment terms and services)

Operations & IT Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Provide timely information to CSO (Customer Service Operation) on the performance of CSO in order that timely decisions are made to ensure service level is met (including KPI reporting and analysis)
• Proactive in all forecasting, scheduling and reporting functions to optimise productivity and utilisation of contact centre’s resources
• Responsible for efficient operations, including telephony, infrastructure, ERP and non-ERP applications
• Provide first level service and system support related by monitoring transactions and providing the support function to initiate and maintain accurate transactional data
• Create, analyse, and report KPI’s and service level performance for CSO, providing daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports in the stipulated timeframes and as required by the CSO Manager, team leaders or quality assurance
• Regularly review operations performance and be able to provide immediate snapshot views on health of operations, summarising findings for operations teams and individuals
• Maintain complete accurate data records regarding performance metrics of individuals and the operations
• Involved in CSO IT developments, Sun System remodeling and Sun System implementation or any other initiative that impacts Customer Service Operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university
• Understanding/working knowledge of the CSC (Customer Service Centre) Strategy Process methodology
• Good level of knowledge of Sun System, MS Office, Windows and Internet as well as above average PC skills
• Technical background and excellent understanding of customer service technologies, that includes ERP system in OU environment not only for transactional processing, but also for supplying information to support customer facing area, process KPIs, etc
• Work very well in a team, coordinating and providing guidance to CSP (Customer Service Professional) and all involved in the process of servicing customer

Responsibilities:
• Support the business development team to identify key market areas and facilitate land acquisition
• Conduct market studies on feasible business locations
• Understand and resolve issues quickly by maintaining close working relationships with key local authority personnel
• Strong negotiation skills
• Understand land classification systems
• Liaise with government for building permits.

Requirements:
• Business Master’s Degree in any field of study (MBA)
• Six to eight years’ experience in business development
• Real estate experience preferred

Retail Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
• Provide regular reports to the Head of Legal

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

HSSE Focal Point - Supply Distribution and Commercial Fuels

Responsibilities:
• Manage, plan and implement the various programmes and initiatives in Supply, Distribution and CF included in the fields of Health, Safety, Security and Environment
• Member of the Corporate HSSE team. Act as local HSSE focal person and directly responsible for the implementation of the corporate and regional initiatives
• Develop and implement programmes and initiatives that will enhance HSSE awareness amongst all Supply, Distribution and CF staff and ultimately direct shifting to proactive HSSE culture
• Provide advice and assistance related to HSSE all storage points within Supply, Distribution and CF. It is also the HSSE Adviser’s responsibility to manage/administer the Supply & Distribution HSSE information system and data including liaison of HSSE audit findings (internal/group and external) with other appointed parties, incident statistics, analysis and corrective measures
• Assist Supply & Distribution and CF management in developing HSSE performance indices (KPI, scorecards and other performance measures) and to monitor performance against target
• Monitor the HSSE performance of Supply & Distribution and CF through proper recording and analysis of all HSSE related incidents, and to make sure that incidents are coursed through and/or reported to proper authorities
• Analyse Supply & Distribution Incident Statistics for management reporting requirements and to properly identify areas for enhancement. After having identified the areas for enhancement, formulate workable solutions (via assessment tools), in tandem with S&D leadership team, to address the problem.

Requirements:
• University graduate from a reputable university with major in Mechanical, Process and Electrical Engineering or Physics
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Safety an advantage
• Four to eight years’ experience in HSSE or eight years’ experience in oil and gas industry or related business, such as engineering, construction, chemical and refinery
• Computer skills (able to work Microsoft Windows Based Application - Outlook, Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
• Strong awareness of occupational health and security in general
• Good skill to carry HSSE audit and investigation, statistic data analysis, improving HSSE awareness and behaviour
• Mature, proactive, honest, disciplined, quick follow up, outgoing, able to lead and transform a diverse workforce to deliver result
• Good written and oral communications and presentation skills.
