Sr. Development Engineer (DC-SDE) (2)

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for loading front end loading and conceptual development of gas or oil, offshore or onshore, green-field or brown-field infrastructure facilities projects. Senior Development Engineer shall be capable of leading the multidiscipline team consisting of different expertise such as process / facilities engineering, geophysics, reservoir, drilling, production operations, economics and venture management. This position will ensure progressing the tasks through conceptual screening and preliminary engineering. In that capacity, this position will assist venture coordinator in screening different development options, through economic analyses and risk assessments. This position may be responsible as a lead discipline or a project engineer for the next phases of project execution without requiring additional training or supervision.

Qualification & Experience:
• Engineering degree or equivalent from an accredited university. Chemical/ Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred.
• Must have min. 10 years experience in the industry of which 7-years should be in the oil and gas field and preferably in the upstream technology.
• Broad background in facilities development with relevant understanding of other inter-related disciplines, such as Reservoir Engineering, drilling and production ore preferred.
• Experience in Front End Loading, understanding in dealing with BP MIGAS/MIGAS and contractors are helpful

Sr. Facilities Engineer (DC-SFE) (1)

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure the construction of the onshore gas project facilities, including well gathering system, processing plant, gas transmission pipeline loop, infrastructure buildings and permanent camp is completed on schedule in accordance with approved for construction drawings & specifications.

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering with a minimum of ten (10) years experience in the construction.
• Previous experience in at least two projects involving the construction of sour gas facilities and in at least one project involving the installation of high pressure well flowlines & gas transmission lines.
• Previous experience in at least one project which involved tie-ins to an existing operating gas processing facility.
• Sound working knowledge of gas plant design, start-up and operating requirements.
• Capable of working and living in a remote tropical environment for extended periods of time.

Document Management Specialist (DC-DMS) (2)

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the document management function between projects. Provide Document Management support, advice and direction to the Project Team. Ensure that all major contractors implement effective document management systems and standards. Control the flow of documentation between COPI and Contractors. Works closely with the Operation & Engineering Excellence department Document Controller in order to ensure all standards are been apply consistently. Coordinate Document Record Management for the project teams, communicate the new policies and procedures and ensure their implementation within the various project groups in Projects Department. Build a system for document management for new projects.

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Library with Min. 10 (ten) years experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Substantial experience on Document Management and EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) such as Documentum, Project Wise, Livelink, etc.
• Must be conversant with the use of databases, spreadsheets and other computer programs, which may be used to assist the control and issue of documents. Understanding of automated methods of producing documents, use of adobe acrobat and Microsoft office software products.
• Must be able to lead a team of document control staffs.
• Able to read, understand and interpret engineering and document management specifications, for the benefit of delivering project final deliverables.

Sr. Mechanical & Rotating Equipment Engineer (DC-SMRE) (1)

Main Responsibilities:
Technically accountable for mechanical and rotating equipment design/engineering for offshore Projects facilities. This includes concept optimization, development of equipment lists and data sheets, piping and material requirements, layouts, and all other mechanical documentation. Provide active, on-site assistance during platform fabrication by ensuring that the mechanical equipment and system components of the platforms are installed and tested in accordance with the design documents. Participate in offshore commissioning, start up, initial operational troubleshooting, and project close out.

Qualification & Experience
• University degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 10 years of mechanical design and implementation experience in oil and gas facilities. At least 5 years of experience in offshore project.

Staff Project Engineer (DC-SPE) (1)

Main Responsibilities:
Technically accountable for all aspects of Project Engineering. This shall include the development of FEED and execution of EPCI phases, lead and supervise the Contractor’s staff for process, instrument, electrical, civil, structural, construction and all other engineering disciplines. This also includes review and approval of technical reports, drawings, material, equipment and construction specifications, procedures for testing, installation, commissioning and start-up. Responsibilities include liaison with procurement, HSE, Operations, venture manager and BPMIGAS/MIGAS agencies.

Qualification & Experience:
• University degree in Chemical Engineering, with at least 15 years of process design and implementation experience of which a minimum of 10 years is oil and gas facilities experience. (Staff Engineer) and with at least 10 years of process design and implementation experience of which a minimum of 8 years is oil and gas facilities experience (Sr Engineer)
• Strong technical/engineering skills with a thorough knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards plus a working knowledge of other discipline activities.
• Experience that encompasses both operations and projects. Specific participation in a similar role for at least one major oil and gas project.
• Demonstrated ability to interface within a multi-discipline environment, and motivate and manage personnel from a position of influence.

Sr. Pipeline Engineer (DC-SPI) (1)

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure the design, fabrication and installation of the following pipelines for the onshore Gas Project is completed in accordance with all relevant specifications, HSE requirements and all applicable codes and standards:

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering with a minimum of ten (10) years experience in the design and installation of sour, high pressure gas well flowlines as well as gas transmission lines.
• Excellent knowledge of all applicable International pipeline codes and standards including G.O.I. “Decree of the Minister of Mines and Energy Number: 300.K/38/M.PE/1977”.
• Good knowledge Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Fully competent in reading radiograph film.
• Previous experience in pre-commissioning pipelines including, running gage plates, hydrotesting, dewatering, cleaning and drying.

Project Control Manager (DC-PCM) (1)

Main Responsibilities:
Manage the Project Control Group such that project performance and execution is monitored and controlled efficiently. Ensure the management system (procedures, work instruction, etc) are prepared professionally and implemented in a timely manner. Ensure the project business is conducted ethically and in line with good business practices. Mentor and actively work to provide Project Control personnel full opportunity to develop their skills and leadership. Provide formal and informal performance reviews.

Qualification & Experience:

Development Engineer (DC-DE) (1)

Main Responsibilities:

Sr. Structural & Pipeline Engineer (SSPE) (1)

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the civil-structural and pipeline portions of oil and gas developments. Familiarity with COPI civil-structural and pipeline project specifications, international and Indonesian codes and standards and all applicable Indonesian government regulations pertaining to oil and gas production facilities. As COPI representative and liason with FEED engineering firm or EPC contractor for civil-structural and pipeline technical matters. Site inspection of completed civil-structural and pipeline portions of the facilities, including involvement in punch list preparation.

Qualification & Experience:
• Excellent working knowledge of civil-structural and pipeline design and construction requirements.
• Previous project experience working with major international EPC contractors would be an asset.
• Willingness to go where the work is during various project phases.
• A minimum of 10 years as a civil-structural and pipeline design engineer for offshore oil and gas processing projects.

Process Engineer (PrE) (1)

Main Responsibilities:
Participate and contribute in all aspects of the process/facilities design for all project phases. This includes concept evaluation, concept optimization, development of process simulations, PFD’s, P&ID’s, equipment/line sizing, SAFE charts, and all other process documentation required by other engineering disciplines. This also includes specification, purchase, testing, installation, commissioning and start-up of all process equipment and systems. Provide active, on-site assistance during fabrication by ensuring that all process/piping system components are installed and tested in accordance with the design documents. Participate in commissioning, start-up, initial operational trouble-shooting, and project close-out. Comply with all Company safety, environment and ethics standards and requirements.

Qualification & Experience:
• University Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering preferred with min. 8-10 years experience process engineering design, installation, testing, and completion/commissioning/start-up in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong technical/engineering skills with a working knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards plus a general understanding of other discipline activities.
• Ability to interface within a multi-discipline environment, and motivate and manage a contractor from a position of influence.
• Demonstrated ability in the use of process engineering tools including HYSIS, PIPESIM, and equipment rating programs.

Contract Administrator (CA) (3)

Main Responsibilities:
Proactive involvement in all aspects of contracts administration from the planning phase, through the bidding phase, execution and close-out associated with major offshore development projects. The incumbent will have a lead role in the overall process and the timely execution of the work. Ensure that Contracts function is performed efficiently and cost effectively. Ensure that the Contract business is conducted ethically and in line with good business practice. Proactively interact with the project team to ensure that a good working knowledge of prevailing activities and events is maintained

Qualification & Experience:
• Has Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration with extensive experience in the preparation and administration of major contract documents. Has proven track record in this area with minimum of 8 total years relevant experience of which at least 5 years should hove been in project implementation in the oil & gas industry or appropriate industry.
• Fully familiar with the requirements of Keppres 18/2000, SK-077, BP077 Rev III and BP0997 and the 2004 revisions 007/PTK/Vl/2004.
• Experience in managing AFEs, budgets, schedules, cost accounting and administrating contracts.
• Strong capability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, at all organizational levels, internally and externally, including with governmental and regulatory bodies. Proven negotiation skills.

Cost Controller (CC) (2)

Main Responsibilities:
Perform cost control activities for a major, long term project in the Infrastructure Facilities Department. Such projects start from initial sanction (AFD) gate to Project Closeout. This includes monitoring all cost activities (AFEs Internal, AFEs, Purchase Orders, Expenditures, Value Of Work Performed, Capital Forecasts) assessing the ongoing and final financial status of the Project. Additionally, identify and report trends in the project financial performance using tools in PIMS. This position should track actual costs against the respective AFE s Internal and External, via the work breakdown structure set in PIMS and in SAP. This position is a key user for the PIMS cost control database.

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Finance with min. five (5) years extensive experience with cost control duties on major capital projects, preferably regionally.
• Must demonstrate a strong command of project management principles and have attended minimum levels of project management training.
• Prior work experience in the oil and gas business, ideally major facilities related.

Sr. Naval / Marine Engineer (SN/ME) (1)

Main Responsibilities:
Technically accountable for the review of design engineering, construction and installation for a Floating Production Systems, Floating Storage Systems and associated off-loading equipment and mooring system specified in the proposed development concept.

Qualification & Experience:
• University degree in Marine engineering or Naval Architecture, with at least 10 (ten) years in the design, fabrication, and installation of Floating Production, Floating Storage, associated off-loading systems, and mooring system.
• Strong technical/engineering skills and knowledge of applicable international codes and standards with a working knowledge of other discipline activities.
• Experience in Offloading systems design, its operation, and mooring systems.
• Experience in modification work of a vessel into an FPSO.

Sr. Electrical Engineer (SEE) (1)

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure the EPC contactor utilizes and applies Company Standards, Specifications and applicable international industry codes and standards such as API, NFPA, NEMA, IEEE during the detailed engineering and design, procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning of all electrical equipment up to and including the 6,600 volt power generation station. Ensure the design, scheduling and installation of all electrical tie-ins are completed in a safe manner, while minimizing downtime of the Suban Phase 3 operations.

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in the design, construction, commissioning and startup of electrical systems in gas processing facilities including sour gas operations. A strong background in plant and equipment control systems is also essential.
• Previous experience involving tie-in of expansion facilities to an existing operating gas plant with specific reference to planning and developing procedures as well as coordination and monitoring the execution of all electrical tie-in work.
• Extensive knowledge of international (primarily North American) equipment and installation standards and codes for gas processing facilities.
• Capable of working & living in a remote tropic environment in a construction camp

Planning Engineer (PE) (3)

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation of Integrated project planning system within the Projects group using Microsoft Project or Primavera planning software packages. This position will ensure that high level schedules for each phase of the projects from preliminary engineering through to start-up are established fully and integrated with the respective Projects Group and departments. Prepare & obtain approval of the Projects Schedule. This will entail interfacing & collating information from respective project teams and departments. Provide project administrative function as needed with regards to monthly reports, MOM and establishment of various related project procedures.

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering with min. 8 years experience in the establishment of project schedules, planning and status reporting in oil and gas projects, from preliminary engineering through detail engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, hook-up and commissioning.
• Customer Oriented and Organization coordinate with various disciplines to insure compatibility with all interface areas of the project.
• Computer Skill: computerized planning packages in particular, MS Project. Other software package such as Primavera and knowledge of other software packages are advantageous.

Document Controller (DC) (2)

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage and maintain an efficient document control management system for Projects. Assisting Document Management Specialist in coordinating Document Record Management, Responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of the project file including coordinating all Projects documents transaction and recording.

Qualification & Experience:
• Minimum academy level D-3, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry.

Sr. Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer (SE&IE) (1)

Main Responsibilities:
Accountability for all aspects of the Offshore Project Electrical and Instrumentation systems. Responsibility covers the electrical and instrumentation system during project’s FEED bidding process engineering, construction and commissioning. Also to assist and advise Engineering and Fabrication Manager in all aspects of project management as necessary.

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering from an accredited university.
• Min of 10 years experience in offshore oil production projects working with electrical and instrumentation system.
• Demonstrated experience in engineering and fabrication projects and knowledge of the electrical and instrumentation system required to be installed on offshore marine facilities.
• HV system safety training.

Cost Engineer (CC) (1)

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for Projects Department Project Cost Estimate: 1) Establishing the proper cost estimate method, deliverables, and format; 2) Coordinating the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS); 3) Setting Project Cost Contingency and escalation; 4) Perform Cost Risk Analysis and set up Project cost scenario; For clarification, the incumbent does not perform project finance and accounting activities.

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering with Min. 8 (eight) years experience with high degree of experience with routine cost estimating methods such as quantity surveying, MTO summaries, unit costing, factoring, contingency allotment, total cost validation by benchmarking against historical data.
• Familiarity with cost control data bases; such as JobPROMS, MS-ACCESS, FoxPro, etc.
• Experience with SAP is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Expertise with common and most up to date spreadsheet applications such EXCEL, and know how to transfer data between various information applications. Incumbent must be able to demonstrate the expertise to work with functions, macros, pivot table, and MS EXCEL data management features.
• High degree of experience with using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Standard Codes of Account (SCOA).

Project Control Supervisor (PCS) (1)

Main Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Project Manager/Project Control Manager regarding all aspects of planning, scheduling and progress reporting on the project. Liaise and coordinate planning information from Contractor and Sub-Contractor and provide overall planning, scheduling and progress reporting structure for Project. Compile and obtain approval of all Projects planning and scheduling procedures and provide planning and scheduling support during the development of bid documents and evaluations for Project. Also responsible for performing cost control services in support of Project activities. Functions includes cost estimating, data base management, progress and schedule evaluation and analysis, VOWD analysis, trend analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and budgeting. When reporting directly to Project Manager, also responsible for coordinating contracting strategy and coordinating Project procurement activities.

Qualification & Experience:
• The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering in either Mechanical, Structural Civil, Industrial Engineering and Chemical Engineering with 10 years experience in oil and gas industry.
• Shall have extensive experience in the establishment of project schedules, status reporting, planning, scheduling, cost engineering & administration, progress monitoring systems from preliminary engineering through detail engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, hook-up, and commissioning and advising management in oil and gas projects.
• He/she must be able to coordinate with engineering, administration, management and field personnel to insure compatibility with all interface areas of the project.
• He/she must also have hands on experience of modern computerized planning packages in particular, MS Project and Primavera and knowledge of other software packages related to cost engineering and administration.
