- University degree or technical college qualifications (Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience in a related discipline)
- Preferred experience required in related field:
. Minimum 7 years for Head of Manage Services Position
. Minimum 5 years for Managerial Position
. Minimum 3 years for Consultant Position
. Minimum 2 years for Coordinator, Engineer and Auditor Position
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Proficient in computer skill

- Good Interpersonal skill
- Independent, self-motivated, and well organised with an analytical mind
- Co-operative, open to continuous change and varying degrees of
responsibility
