Amerada Hess (Indonesia-Pangkah) Limited is currently in need of Indonesian nationals to join immediately as:

PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT (Gresik Based)
The job holder will provide procurement assistance to the activities emanating from the Gresik Office and reports to the Gresik Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Gresik team in admin/procedural works, document generation, evaluation sheet, correspondence and forms for procurement matters.
Develop necessary procurement plan for any required good and services
Assist in developing filing system and its structure
Responsible to keep Procurement filing system
Be the focal point and coordinate with the Supply Chain for any tender process
Schedule daily task for delivery of the tasked job
Provide advice on improvement to working practice actions

General Qualifications:
S1 (bachelor degree) Commercial/business qualifications preferred but not essential; individuals with diploma certificate may be considered
4 or more years experience preferred
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to work in multi-culture working environment
Strong communication, personal and Interpersonal skills
High integrity, customer focus and self motivated
