Minimum Knowledge/Skill/Abilities: Minimum S1 (bachelor degree) in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electrical Graduate from reputable universities,
Minimum of 1 years working experience in the same/similar field,
Must be fluent in English for both oral and written,
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly and concisely, Can demonstrate proper oral and written language when communicating to customers and co-workers,

Able to demonstrate orderly, systematic and detailed approach to work assignments, Has a strong ability to analyze problems and is very methodical in solving problems, Is willing to take appropriate risks and accept accountability for actions,
Is able to display a high degree of tact and diplomacy,
and works well with others in solving customer problems,
Encourages team efforts and strives for teamwork effectiveness,
Must be a self-directed learner seeking to continually learn new skills,
Familiar with various Enterprise System IBM AIX,
HP-UX, SGI, Arix,
Familiar with various Enterprise Disk,Familiar with various Enterprise Tape Libraries,
Familiar with Storage Management Software like Veritas,CA,Legato,Tivoli
