PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia is an industry leader in the provision of contract mining and multi-disciplinary construction services, with operations in mining, process engineering, civil and related industries throughout Indonesia. There is an opportunity for an experienced, professional to join the plant team for the position of:

Plant Administration Superintendent

Responsibilities:
• Ensure financial integrity of TCI plant system;
• Provide coaching of financial concepts to plant and non plant personnel;

• Manage all Plant overheads, Plant TMS procedures include but not limited to the setting, reviewing & implementing, monitoring when and as required;
• Maintain financial models for forecasting capital requirements and compilation of plant reporting requirements for the business unit;
• Undertake comprehensive cost reviews for plant and review cost issues that impact on TCI performance as a business unit.

Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum Accounting Degree or Tertiary Financial Management qualification. Post graduate in Business Management is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a senior Accountant / Administration role in the Mining, Construction or Oil & Gas Industry.
• Excellent communications skill in English both verbal and written.
• Strong personality, pro-active, independent, self motivated, attention to detail, compliance to procedures/standard, accuracy, negotiation and people development.
