The biggest offshore fabricator in Indonesia and one of the largest offshore construction companies in the world requires proficient, efficient, and highly motivated individuals for the following positions:

QA ENGINEER (QAE)

• Daily coordination of yard QA activities for all ongoing projects
• Planning & performing internal & vendor audits on periodic basis.
• Ensuring all contractors adhere to schedule quality plans with adequate resources provided to the yard
• Maintaining a robust cross checking / process audit register
• Assuring that corrective actions & preventive actions are attended to, on time with adequate actions
• Documentation & KPI record keeping for performance measurements
• Review / approval / distribution of all QA procedures
• Conducting quality related reviews with functional departments and conducting training for quality awareness in the Company

- Shall be certified as LEAD AUDITOR for ISO 9001, & preferably registered
with IRCA and as a minimum, having a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from
a reputable university
- Should be able to work independently & consistently under a challenging onshore and offshore construction environment
- Shall have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar position / organization
- Familiarity with international codes / stds, is a must with a good technical skills in the evalution & interpretation of various technical requirements in the oil & gas industry
- Should be a quick learner, team player & mainly an extrovert
- Command on English language with self-confidence & pleasing personality to deal with at all levels & nationalities is very essential.
