MANAGED SERVICES
HEAD OF MANAGED SERVICES (Code: MS-H)

Responsible to establish and secure our Managed Service business commitment which is to assists networks operators and service providers in establishing and managing their daily telecom operations for all or part of their access, core, and service network environments, by conducting such activities: Driving the Managed Services/Outsourcing strategy for the customer and preparing Managed Service business case and financial impact to customer.

Ideal candidates must have exceptional knowledge of Market dimension of services in the Telecommunication/IT industry with proficient experience in Managed Services/Outsourcing Business and Operations. Having strong background in Operations and Business & Finance is compulsory.

MANAGED SERVICES DELIVERY MANAGER (Code: MS-DM)

Responsible in achieving our Managed Services business commitment which is
assisting networks operators and service provider in establishing and managing their daily telecom operations for all or part of their access, core and service network environment. Major responsibility is developing and maintaining service delivery processes and tools to drive goal and KPI.

Ideal candidates must have proficient experience in Managed Services/Outsourcing Operation. Extensive knowledge of the components of service delivery is compulsory.

MANAGED SERVICES O&M MANAGER (Code: MS-OM)
To be responsible for the daily Operation and Maintenance activities for the customer network. This may include Field Maintenance activities, Radio Network
Capacity Planning and Optimization activities, and 2nd level support function.
The manager will have the responsibility to maintain predefined set of Key
Performance Indicatorssuch as network availability, response time, mean time to
repair etc.
The ideal candidate should have willingness to work in a demanding organization
and participate in event such as recovery of network outages. Working experience
in an operator network Operation and Maintenance environment is a must.

MANAGED SERVICES QUALITY MANAGER (CODE: MS-QM)

To be responsible for continuous improvement for the Operation and Maintenance
set of processes. Activities include identifying weaknesses in the processes, and
making recommendation for the process improvement. The Quality Manager should also maintain the Managed Services website that will include the processes and regular reports from various department. Also responsible for the consolidation of regular reporting from the various department in the Managed
Services team including the 2nd level support department, Radio Network Capacity Planning and Optimization, and Field Maintenance department. Ideal candidate should have experience in process flow management. Involvement in quality certification such as ISO would be an added. Basic knowledge of webpage handling may be needed.

BSS ENGINEER (CODE: MS-BE)

Monitors the performance of BSS network components, restores faults and performs maintenance activities following operational instructions. Execute work orders in order to ensure the operational availability of a network according to standards.
Ideal candidates are ones who have worked as BSS Engineer in an operator
network Operation and Maintenance environment, with a good understanding of customer’s network. Technical competence in Ericsson BSS, and Unix knowledge would be an added advantage.

OPERATION SUPPORT SYSTEM (OSS) ENGINEER (CODE: MS-OE)

Perform system administration, fault handling, and statistics management for
Ericsson OSS. Perform regular system backup, database cleanup, and periodic system health check.
Candidate must have strong Unix background with Sybase knowledge.
Certification in Unix System Administration would be an added advantage.

TRANSMISSION SUPPORT ENGINEER (CODE: MS-TE)

Maintain Ericsson Radio Transmission Network and perform system administration and fault handling activities. Candidate must have working experience in Ericsson DXX and MiniLink Manager, with strong understanding of the SDH and PDH transmission network.
