Job Specification

1. Position : IT Staff
Department : IT
Working Location : Head Office (Jakarta)
Job Description :
1. ERP (Movex) maintenance support
2. Support system & data troubleshooting in ERP system (movex)
3. Conduct routine system maintenance
4. Prepare requested reports by using reporting tools
5. Maintain and update all user manual & procedures related to ERP system
6. Conduct annual ERP system audit

Requirement

Sex : Male
Age : 23-26 years
Marital Status : Single preferably
Education : S1 Information Technology, Electrical or Industrial Engineering. GPA min 3.00.
Working Experiences : welcome fresh graduated.
Language capability : English literate, both written and spoken.

Intellectual ability:
Ø Have good analytical skill, fast learner & diligent worker.
Social ability:
Ø Good interpersonal skills.

Specific point:
Must have good motivation and great interest in IT field, able to work under pressure and deadlines, able to work as a team member also has good self-reliant ability. Have good knowledge & skill in SQL database. Have good knowledge & skill in reporting tool (crystal report).

2. Position : Warranty Staff
Department : Service-After Sales
Working Location : Halim, Jakarta
Job Description :
· To determine warranty process based on Nissan’s Procedures
· To determine that parts claim has been received by dealer
· Preparing warranty monthly reports from dealers
· Preparing invoice claim to NML
· Entry data to MOVEX system
· Monitoring warranty & service booklet at dealers

Requirement
Sex : Male
Age : 23-30 years
Marital Status : Single is preferable
Education : Min S1 Engineering Mechanical (Automotive).
Working Experience : preferable has min 2 years in related field (automotive industry).

Language capability :
· Fluent in English (Written & Oral), mastering others international language is good additional point.

Intellectual ability:
· Smart, mastering computer related to data processing in database and internet.
Social ability:
· Responsive, hospitable, patient, extrovert, well interact with others, can work in team.
Specific point:
· Trustworthy, loyal, willing to work hard, diligent, discipline, has driving license, can working under pressure condition, if needed willing to work over time and traveling to outside dealers.
