SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (Code: SBA)

Purpose of the role:
To sustain and achieve further improvements in end user productivity by providing a high level of customer focused service and support related to end user application and technology use, issue resolution and new business system requirements.

Key Role Accountabilities
1. Provide specialist assistance and act proactively as a resource to PT Inco department to meet their business objectives.
2. Proactively promote new information systems and technologies that will improve current business process.
3. Ensure the awareness of applications and technology.
4. Advise on operational, software and application policies, and current IT effectiveness.
5. Assist the customer with the identification and definition of strategic and tactical IT initiatives to support costumer’s business need.
6. Ensure information technology standards are met in business solutions and monitor compliance.

Requirements:
1. Minimum S-1 Degree in IT, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
2. 3-5 years hands-on experience in IT organization
3. Experienced in managing small to medium IT related project
4. Experienced on data base system: Oracle/SQL (Certified would be an advantage)
5. Has a wide knowledge in Microsoft applications (MCSE would be an advantage)
6. Knowledge in IT infrastructures: telecommunication, PC, & Servers basic function
7. MIMS application experienced would be an advantage

SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR (Code: SIA)

Purpose of the Role:
1. To lead assigned individuals in the performance of difficult to complex level professional internal auditing work involving financial, operational, and compliance audit projects in Indonesia, Singapore or Asia Pacific Region in order to produce good quality draft report based on audit observation.
2. To provide consulting services to organizational management and staff.
3. To develop and coach the assigned Internal Audit staff in order to achieve higher standard of professional auditors.

Key Role Accountabilities:
1. Effectively plan, design and complete audits with little supervision. The incumbent identifies and becomes familiar with key personnel and their associated functions and work flow patterns.
2. In leading the audit, provides advice, guidance and assistance to other members of the audit team, reviews their work, and presents solutions to problems encountered during the audit.
3. To review the audit findings and recommendations with local management and obtains meaningful management comments for inclusion in the final report.
4. To provide timely and good quality audit reports
5. To maintain an effective working relationship with external auditors to ensure that duplication of work is avoided.
6. Proactively promote risk management knowledge transfer and consult to management on optimal business risk management practices.
7. To provide coaching and guidance to internal audit staffs in conducting the assigned audit work.
8. To perform audit based on Management request.

Requirements:
1. S1 Accounting, Engineering, Business plus CIA designation.
2. Minimum have experiences 3 years in Big Four Public Accountant firm as External auditor or same position in Multinational Company.
3. Good English skills (spoken & written) are required.
