We are leading PMA / International company which has been well established in South East Asia and Pacific regions, is now looking to recruit a high caliber person for the following position:

BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER - SERVICES

Education:
• S1 or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other disciplines
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree is an advantage

Experience :
1. 8 years minimum experience in managing a Business Unit, preferably in Engineering, Logistics and/or water treatment.
2. Foreign work and study experience is an advantage
3. Must be proficient in excel, power point and report preparation and presentation
4. Excellent business analysis skills, strong financial modeling skills
5. Excellent English skills - spoken, written and presentation

Other requirements :
1. Preferably to have worked with a world class International Corporation
2. Undergraduate degree in Engineering preferred (but not essential)
3. May require local and overseas travel from time to time
4. Ability to develop clear concise and accurate business reports
5. Requires the ability to coordinate own efforts such that they meet business deadlines

Role responsibilities :
1. Responsible for managing business unit activities in achieving – Company KPI’s – Order Intake, EBIT, Cash.
2. Responsible for supporting & implementing the Strategic Plan.
3. Accountable for implementation in area of responsibility , Business Plan actions, Overhead Budget, Monthly Reporting, Team Development, Process & Management System Compliance.
4. Responsible for annual budgeting of the Business Unit.
